Off We Wnt to Yorkton SK

As a rest after our Nationals, we ventured to Yorkton SK with the entire family to do a 6 pack of dog shows. Rolex won the Breed 5 our of the 6 shows, a Grp 3 under Ms. Jan Buchanan and Best Puppy in Groups under Ms. Buchanan, and Ms. Thora Brown.
Rolex Awarded BOS at DCC Booster

SpecialD Dogs Do Well at 2006 DCC National

What a weekend! Rolex and Bella won Best in Sweeps and Best Opposite in sweeps at the DCC National Speciality under judge Ms. Marie Dubois. Then Bella wins Reserve Winners Bitch and Rolex carries on to win Best Puppy in Speciality under breeder judge Mrs. Eva Berg. Our 5 year old Ch SpecialD High Hopes, Chuckie won Best Altered in Speciality with Greg at the end of the lead. Then Chuckie and his sister Ch SpecialD U R My Thrill, Lily entertained the crowd with thier brace run. Finally, Lily and her kids, Rolex, Bella and Tia won the Brood Bitch class. Rolex gets a Group 2 At Portage

Rolex, became a CH SpecialD First Class Mail after only three weekends of showing. Rolex is the first of Lily X Dylan puppies to obtain his championship.
Chase Makes His US Debut

At the Fargo Kennel Club Show June 3, 2006 our Chase, CH Aikerskaill Caught in the Act won the breed over specials from the Open Class. This was a large entry of 22 whippets giving him his first 5 point major. What an exciting way to start a show career in the States.
Lily Gets Her Second Major in the US

At the Fargo Kennel Club June 2, 2006 Lily, SpeicalD U R My Thrill recieved her second Major. She only needs 3 more points for her US Championship. Not bad for three weekends in the States. Thank you Sandra Goose Allen who not only gave Lily Winners Bitch and BOS but gave her daughter SpecialD Via Hotmail Reserve Winners Bitch.
LILY'S BABIES MAKE THEIR SHOW DEBUT

Lily's babies made their show debut and started out quite nicely.
Carson, SpecialD Priority Post recieved his first two points going Best of Breed over his sister and brother.
Tia, SpeicalD Via Hotmail (owned by Sara Nelson) received her first point going Best of Winners over her brother.
Rolex, SpecialD First Class Mail received his first three points going Best of Breed over his mom and siblings then carring on to be awarded a Group 4 and Best Puppy in Group.
What a wonderful way to start their show careers.

With limited showing due to her maternaty leave, our Lily obtained the status of Number Three Dalmatian in Canada for 2005. That makes retirement that much sweeter!
